Are Employers Transacting with Freelancers? Yes! Successful completion of projects resulted in greater Freelancer earnings. Freelancers were paid 27% more money through the Guru.com SafePay service in 2008 compared to 2007. This is 3.9 times more money than was transacted in 2004.		Is Freelance Talent on the Rise? Yes! New talent continues to flock to the Guru.com marketplace. The number of new profiles posted increased by 25% from 2007 to 2008 which meant Employers had over 45,000 new Freelancer profiles to choose from.
